The job site call history option allows the mobile user to find all jobs related to the Job Site of the current clocked job. The screen will display basic information about the jobs including job number, scheduled date, equipment assigned and work description. This allows the mobile user to quickly search for jobs related to the work being currently performed and if need click on the previous jobs for access to the Job History page.

Job History

The job history screen will show the mobile user all the related materials that were submitted related to the job. This includes service records, inspections, replacements, surveys, job notes, private notes and purchase orders. The mobile user can quickly access the system PDF copy of any of these records to read and view related images as needed.
