Attachments can be PDFs and a few other files uploaded to the system in relation to the job. While not common for jobs to have attachments the option is there for the Contractor or mobile user to upload files to the attachment’s directory. When attachments are present, the mobile user can click on the Add/View Job Attachments button and will be shown a list of attachments related.

An example of this being used would be safety jobs where a safety PDF will be attached that is required reading. An instruction manual for Lock Out Tag Out or such might be uploaded for a specific job.

The mobile user has the option at the bottom of the screen to click on the image icon to the bottom right and upload any file from the phone to the attachments folder. This file will then become available to the Contractor though the web along with the mobile device.
