Private job notes are entered on service records but pertain to the job. At any point the mobile user can access all related private job notes for the entire job site by opening the Private Job Notes up from the work order.

The screen will list all private notes entered related to the job and allow the mobile user to enter any new notes at the bottom of the screen.
