Equipment Evaluations

Work Order - Equipment Evaluations

Evaluations module is used by the mobile user to perform simple assessments on equipment based on a series of Yes/No questions that are enabled by the Contractor. Evaluations are enabled by the contractor based on the job’s customer and the equipment type. If evaluations are available, the mobile user can select equipment from the equipment list and then click on the Equipment Evaluation button. If an evaluation has been enabled for that equipment type the evaluation will show up. The mobile user could have more than one evaluation available and can choose between them by selecting the proper Criteria Profile from the drop menu available.

When working on an evaluation, the mobile user will read the question and then choose if the equipment has passed or failed based on the question. The user has the option to enter a description of text if needed and upload a picture based on need if the equipment were to pass/fail the question asked. The questions are then weighted by the Contractor to determine if the equipment passed or failed the evaluation.
