The vendor location screen is helpful when you are trying to find information or location of a vendor. The system allows you to sort a list of vendor locations by the Primary vendor or vendor location to filter the list down to who and where you are looking for. In the middle of the screen, you will see a list of vendor locations that you can scroll to find the location you desire. The map at the bottom of the screen allows you to zoom out and see all the locations listed as plot points on the map in reference to where you are currently.

This screen is helpful if you need to find the closest location to where you currently are or if you’re looking for calling information on a specific vendor location. Mobile users can click on any of the vendor locations listed in the middle section and the phone will load the available data for the specified location.

The vendor info screen will show you the Vendor name and address at the top of the screen in addition to the phone number. In the middle of the screen, you will see an Equipment ID drop menu. This allows you to pull up basic info about any equipment related to the job site and load the basic info on the screen so you can call the number for the vendor and have basic info about the equipment handy to give the vendor when ordering parts. The basic info includes Equipment ID, Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number, Voltage and Phase.

At the bottom of the Vendor info screen will be a button to open the phones navigation app to take you to the vendor location. A Start Purchase button is also shown to allow you to start a new Purchase Order related to the vendor while you are on the phone.
