Work Order - Labor Materials

The labor materials screen allows techs in the field to see the items related to Labor, Materials and Purchases that are being applied to the job they are clocked into. This is a simple way to see and verify that hours and material and being properly applied to a job. The screen will show the mobile user items in three sections. At the top will be the labor hours that have been submitted to the job. The hours are listed showing the user all labor hours that have been submitted by all related field users. Labor hours are shown as the tech who submitted them, the date submitted, and the number of hours submitted at the time.

The middle section shows the materials submitted though Service Records. Service record materials represent services and charges that have been submitted to the job. The materials added mostly come from materials that the tech supplies from their vans and shop that were NOT purchased in direct relation to the job. In addition, Service Charges may be applied under the Materials section for things such as Trip Charge and Gas Recovery. Charges will list the related Techs name, Equipment related to items, the date applied, the item name and quantity.

The bottom section is the Vendor Purchases. These are items that have been purchased in the field directly related to the job. All items purchased are recorded to the job from purchase orders made in the field and recorded by the contractor. Items are listed showing the related techs name, equipment related, date applied, the item name and quantity.
