Time Manager

Time Manager Website Example

The Time Manager Module allows Equipment Manager to track technicians time for payroll purposes. The system has a simple yet sophisticated system of recording start punches for every job the technician does during the day, through this and web based input, the system will track the techs hours, helping him/her understand what jobs to be working on, when to start and stop days, lunch, and breaks. Furthermore, it provides instant feedback to the technician on how long they have been working, when they started, how many hours they have accumulated for the job, they day and the week. Time Manager also tracks things like time off, holidays, sick and PTO time, showing techs how much they have, how much they have used.

Basic Element of the Punch

Time Management will track a number of things including type of time, job info, and status, along with Lat & Long. The mobile module will be comprised of 5 sections, the first three (Overview, Punch Card, Time Sheet) are directly related to the time application. The other two sections, Schedule and Unassigned are more tools to help the technician. The new module will track all time throughout the day, even when you’re not on the clock per say, Time Manager is recording your working state. With this system it is impossible to have lapses of time.

Gone away is the clock in and out, the new system punches the start of every task. When the technician changes jobs he simply punches into the next task is he doing. (It’s complicated but works).

As example: You "Punch" and the clock starts counting when you start a job. When you get done with first job and you’re going to start second job you "Punch" for second job. This is a dual action, it "Every punch is designed to be the start of something new and the end of your last task. This means there is no loss time in between. There will be three punch options, Job, Lunch, and Out. Depending on what the state of your current activity is, determines what options you have to punch.
