Schedule
The Schedule screen shows the user what is coming up in the future. The schedule page shows the user information about upcoming jobs that are scheduled for future days. The schedule will display job information about events over the next 7 days. It will also display time off requests made that have been approved that fall in the next 7 days and beyond.
Information displayed includes Job Number, Customer Name, Job Site Name, Job Site Address, and Repair Contact Number. Clicking on the Job Site Number will take the user to the work order for that job. Clicking on the Repair Contact Number will open up the phone dialer on the users mobile phone.
At the bottom of the Schedule screen on the left is the Time Off button. This area will show the user information about Vacation, PTO and Sick time.
The button on the right is for viewing On Call data.
